This is a Windows Office Home and Student 2007 with the product key. It is in excellent pre-owned condition. Payment expected within three days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made . Our shipping rates are based upon dimensional weight which reflects the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight and it's destination. This is how USPS & Fedex rates are calculated. Rates are based upon how much space in the truck a package takes up. Therefore, the larger the package the higher the rates even if the package is light. Local Pick-Up is always welcome. If your item arrives damaged, take pictures and send them to me right away, and I will file for insurance. Your satisfaction is my first priority. I appreciate your positive feedback.
